the location was super good, only 2 u-bahn stations away from the main train station, and the neighbourhood was really quiet. the staff were friendly and helped me with local tips. got an amazing deal for just 50 bucks a night for a comfy room. carpet in the room showed some wear but everything else was clean and nice. overall, it was a relaxing place to chill after my adventures in munich.
the pillow was a bit too flat for my liking and there was only one, which wasn't enough. also, the check-in process could've been clearer since i arrived during a closed window.

I experienced numerous issues during my stay. The shower in my bathroom was malfunctioning, which made it difficult to maintain hygiene. the cleanliness left much to be desired, with some areas feeling neglected. I expected a basic standard of comfort, yet the small room and inadequate amenities turned out to be quite disappointing.

The location really shines. Just a short walk to the U-Bahn station, making it easy to explore Munich in just a few minutes. I appreciated the cleanliness of my Standard Single Room, which had a comfortable bed and a flat-screen TV. Quiet nights were a plus, thanks to the soundproofing. Staff members were helpful with local tips, which made my stay even better. the lack of air conditioning made the warm nights tough, especially with the window open. I also faced an inconvenience with check-in, as I arrived during a closure window. It would have been great to have clearer communication about that.

The proximity to public transport is a real gem, giving quick access to the city center and local attractions. Plus, the nearby bakeries and a park enhance the overall vibe, making it easy to grab a bite or unwind outdoors.
Numerous issues cropped up during the stay. The lack of air conditioning meant restless nights, as outside noise crept in with the windows open. Bathroom facilities left a lot to be desired, with toilets that didn't function properly, an outdated shower, and general cleanliness concerns. The room decor feels tired, mixing worn carpets with dim lighting that does nothing for ambiance. Lastly, the inconsistent Wi-Fi access proved frustrating, especially for anyone needing to stay connected. the hotel could use significant maintenance and upgrading to meet modern standards.
